In a world of artificial syrups and machine-pressed slush, we chose the harder path — hand-shaving every block, sourcing real fruit concentrates, and building flavor profiles that actually taste like the fruit they claim to represent.

The difference between ordinary shaved ice and what we make comes down to three things: the quality of the water, the temperature of the block, and the speed of the hand.

Block Formation

Filtered water and concentrated natural flavors are frozen into dense, uniform blocks — slow enough to eliminate ice crystals, fast enough to preserve flavor integrity.

Hand-Shaving

Using a professional hand-crank shaver, each block is transformed into a cloud of micro-thin flakes. Machine-made ice packs too dense; ours holds air and melts instantly.

Layer & Serve

Flakes are layered by hand into a cone or cup, building texture and ensuring every bite delivers the full intensity of the flavor from first contact to the last.
